Hello, I’m Lizza Chenven, LCSW. I work with couples and individuals to help you identify and access your internal resources for making constructive change. With over fifteen years of experience in the mental health field, I can help you to work through relationship problems, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and many other issues. I believe that each person has the capacity to experience emotional safety and connection in their life and relationships. As a therapist, I work with you to establish a trusting relationship and a welcoming space for your self-exploration.
I am currently offering both in-person and telehealth sessions. Please note that masks are still mandatory in healthcare settings and clients are required to wear masks during in-person sessions.
